is time to stop talk abou spanish boats,e remenber about portuguese boats whith convenience flag ,after 1991 stop fishing cod and are now long liners,nobody know ho is the owner.inglish boats etc etc not family boats,crews up to 60 members,i work in one of them

Yes it was too small and very much alive. I was told by a scientist that the healing process is very quick so unless it was attacked by a shark it must still be swimming somewhere (until it get’s caught again…..)

Yes I know of the Korean fleet.. In the Indian ocean (South West) We deal more with japanese and Thailand and Taiwan. I have the figures of the year 2005. It’s true there are no spanish ships fishing yet in this zone as far as I know but as you say the ship owners we do not always know.

wow thank you for sharing this again this. I didn’t know commercial swordfish/tuna/shark hunting was done that way. Watch out though, there are allot of loud mouth, rude vegetarians/vegans who would love to call you bad names haha…O ya and I had swordfish last night its really a tasty fish!

Bigeye tuna, yellowfin tuna, albacore, marlin, swordfish, king mackrel, barracuda, Dolphin fish, shark species permitted, white tip ocean shark, lemon shark, grey shark, mako. No other shark species are bought so just thrown back… yes I have eaten shark (small ones have a good tase, like ray. Many people eat shark without knowing because it’s under a different name in supermarkets! A.

Did you ever have a 14+ foot great white on your line? Those things are so powerful! And wow thats the first time I have ever heard of a dolphin fish. They look really cool when I looked them up.

As far as I know, no great whites although it’s not impossible. Dolphin fish are great fighters when hooked on light tackle.
