LOL… Maybe you … LOL… Maybe you should try and make “tacos dorados”. First you cook your tuna mix (add onion and jalapeño) and then put into the tortilla the same amount of tuna you were using here. Fold the tortilla in two and close it stitching it with a couple of wooden toothpicks. Then fry the taco! You can fry it just a bit (tacos suaves) or you can fry it until it is toasted (tacos dorados).
Remove the toothpicks and put on top some guacamole and/or hot sauce. Enjoy!
