    just wondering about the quantity and type of oil you use.. would it matter if the amount of oil used was reduced significantly and are you using vegetable oil.. i use canola .. is this ok .. thanks for the vid

    500g squid should be good for 2 person. If eat with rice then it’s enough for 4 person.Yes you can use canoly oil. All of my cooking uses vegetables oil.Glad you enjoyed the video. Cheers

    salt and pepper, little bit of sugar. and not forgeting oyster sauce.you can substitute oyster sauce with teriyaki marinade sauce or BBQ sauce or smokey flavour marinates.
