    Lol, Its okay! Its not how my dad used to cook. He`s chinese, and worked in a restuarant. Mind you he had up to 4 woks going. Its best to sometimes cook in 2 small batches. Stir frying is quick, and the heat should be evenly distributed. So if you cook such big portions then the food at the bottom will burn!!
