    They do go will with normal cheese dips, chutney etc., and yogurt isn’t bad idea either. But it’s basically an ingredient in itself for making another popular dish - Gobi Manchurian.

    I tried your recipe and it came out really well. I experimented a little with one batch and substituted maida for corn flour in the step after you add the gobi - I found that this taste was much better…maybe my corn flour is not that great?!
