wat type flour do u use? asian buns are pure white..i have no idea how they do it…i’ve been using bleached all purpose flour but it always turns out yellowish…

1. Please refer to the link below for brand of flour I used
2. it is 粉心粉 and in chinese meaning “Short Patent” or “Patent Flour”
3. it has about medium to high protein content
4. 粉心粉literally means using heart of the wheat germ
