Hello - This looks delicious and I am going to try making it but I have a question.
We do not like ‘Hing’. Can this be eliminated or can anything else be substituted instead? Will this compromise the taste?
Thank you!!

Aunty namastey. I have been a regular follower of your recipes and I absolutely love what you make. I have tried a few and have been able to implement them successfully. Although, I have a suggestion for you.Everytime you make a dish like Kachori, rasgulla, samosa or dahi vada etc., I would really appreciate it more if you could take a bite out of the preparation for the viewers to better see the interior cooked portion and figure out how it exactly is supposed to be. That would be awesome aunty

Dear Manjula Auntie Ji,
I made your Kachori’s and they came out great but there was one problem as when I ate the moong dall stuffing it was a bit crunchy as the moong dall went into my teeth tell me if the moong dall is soaked overnight before making kachoris or is it unsoked,
waiting for your reply,
