Foods don’t help you loose weight honey (i.e. oil and vinegar). Also, don’t eat whole grain bread unless you like the taste and don’t mind the extra calories. There’s minimal fiber in a slice of whole grain bread and more calories than white.

I’m talking in the USA.. it might be different where you are. If you compare white to wheat, you’re talking a difference of 2 grams of fiber.. not much. Some wheat is also twice as many calories as white. I assume that’s what you were commenting about.
