Pork Fried Rice Chinese Cooking Recipe Char Siu

You know the sliced reddish BBQ pork you get from Chinese restaurants, it’s called Char Siu (I don’t know how to say correctly). This recipe shows you how to make Char Siu into pork fried rice.

    Again AWESOME…I did not know how to make homemade char siu - I always buy ready cooked from the local chinatown..Now I can cook my own charsiu - Do you have to add any other ingredients when you prepare the char siu - I know it taste kind of sweet - I thought brown sugar might be needed or some other sweet ingredients
