Here I have thinly sliced london broil steak marinated in a little teriyaki sauce. Cook it up, set aside then add broccoli and sauces. Thicken with 1 TB of corn starch and 3TB water, cook sauce to a boil then add green onions and a dash of sesame oil. Enjoy!

One question: I only use oyster and soy sauce only - is that ok? I am the simple cook - food to get by - not into fancy stuff. I am not sure what sauce Chinese Restaurants use cuz sometimes they taste salty, sometimes sweet sometimes blan - not really sure if there is a universal recipe - I guess each one can try his/her own

u did not boil the greens before frying and u did not marinade the beef… i imagine that this makes the brocolli hard to chew on and thee beef rather dry
