Great idea to post this recipe. I am sure so many people asked you about it and its great that you showed powdering it in the blender. Because whenever I tell most of my friends they always feel that it can’t be done in the blender. I have to thank you for having my point validated to my friends with this video.

sanjay i dont know much about this powder as i am not south indian.but u plz tell how to use this powdern also show the perfect recipe of idli n dhokla.i always make them but both of them never comes out right
