wow, what a coincidence. i was just gonna submit a recipe with sevia to your website.
anyways, i think you are aware of lemon rice, called puliogre. I recently tried the lemon rice version of sevia. its just awesome. Instead of rice put sevia. cook sevia in water and run it under cold water, so that the sevia are not sticky. try it.
