Thank you for your …
Thank you for your confidence in my recipe choice, and your intention of trying Cincinnati chili. Yes, my grandson make a *rare* appearance–lately with a Quick Tip on keeping tea fresh. If you will go back to my third video I ever shot (Super Bowl Chili with Cheese Dip), you will see why the appearances of my grandson, Carter, are few and far between! Thanks so much for your sweet comment!

THANK YOU!!! I …
THANK YOU!!! I know the ingredients sound freaky, but if any of you think I am crazy, please get on the internet and research “Cincinnati chili!” You will be surprised to learn that Cincinnati, Ohio is the “chili capital of the world”–meaning there are more restaurants serving chili in that city than any other city in the world–and yes, it is Cincinnati chili! Thank you so much for your open mind! We had the 5-Way last night, and it was great!

OK–not everyone in …
OK–not everyone in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana has heard of it. It might be more accurate to say that if you live in live in one of those states, it is more probable that you have tried it and that you like it. Please do a Google search for Cincinnati chili–you’ll find it’s *very* well-known in and around Cincy. And all of you from OH, would you please speak up? (Thanks)
