Sliced Vegetables Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes Serves: 6 people Ingredients • 1 tablespoon oil • 1 large onion, chopped • 3 pieces of bacon, chopped • 3 medium zucchini, grated • 150 grams of yellow squash, grated • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese • 1 / 2 cups self-rising flour • 5 eggs, lightly beaten How To Cooking First is to preheat the oven to 180° c. Grease a square baking pan 20 cm deep with melted butter or oil. Cover bottom with wax paper. Heat oil, saute onion and bacon until the bacon turns golden brown. Drain on a tissue. The second is a mix zucchini, carrots, pumpkin, cheese and flour in a bowl. Add the onion and bacon, stir. Add the eggs, mix well. Pour into pan. Bake 30 minutes until cooked. Serve warm or at room temperature with a salad and bread.
