Indian Dhaba Salad Well I was always wondering how one gets the taste of a Typical Dhaba Salad and hence sharing this with every one, my own way of making this simple Vegetable Salad. Hope you find this recipe useful. This salad will go on well with Indian Dishes which are mostly a little bit spicy dishes. Usually this goes very well with Tandoori Dishes, Typical North Indian Thali (meals). This salad might not go well with sweet cuisines. My personal opinion is that India should have at least 750 to 1000 all together unique state wise food dishes since each state in India is completely different wherein the language, customs, food-cuisine recipes and culture changes and are totally different from state to state. It would be something like the whole of Europe put together and combined to form a single country. That is the beauty of India which we call “UNITY IN DIVERSITY”. Now how I arrived at the numbers is as following ie each state wise a minimum variety of (10 breakfast, 10 lunch variety and 10 dinner variety of dishes) = (28 states x 30 = 840 dishes). One need to travel to India just to try out the different tastes of Indian Cuisines.
