South Indian cooking made easy - How to make Keema Egg Paratha? 1. Add 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil with 2 chopped onions and fry it in a pan. 2. Add 1 Green (or Red) capsicum and 2 tomatoes. 3. Add 2 green chilies. 4. Add few chopped Garlic pieces. 5. Add 1 teaspoon of Ginger paste. 6. Add 2 teaspoon of Keema curry powder or Garam masala/Madras curry powder for flavor. 7.
