This ain’t no typical taco shop burrito. My Machaca Burrito with shredded beef Mexican food rivals restaurants. Using rib eye steak I slow cooked it for 3.5 hours (at a minimum) added eggs and spices into a cheese tortilla and grilled it for my awesome Mexican dish.
